Register CAC (Must be Logged into AKO)

 

Active Client 32 Bit Windows = Download Active Client for this version of Windows (Windows Key and Pause/Break keys at the same time)

 

Active Client 64 Bit Windows = Download Active Client for this version of Windows (Windows Key and Pause/Break keys at the same time)

 

Step 1 =  Open Active Client and Make Certificates Available to Windows

Step 2 = Log into AKO and click CAC / Registration

Step 3 = A message telling you that you have no CAC registered with your account

Step 4 = Click the Register Button and an Active Client Pin entry text box appears, enter your Pin

Step 5 = Hit OK and an AKO Password entry text box appears, enter your Password

Step 6 = Confirmation Text box, successful CAC registration with AKO
